In order to maximize the enjoyment of all of our guests, we ask our residents and guests to observe the following policies:
Central RV Park GeorgetownWe are a 55+ Community
Central RV Park at Parkside is an age-restricted community designed for extended stay and long-term rentals. It is intended to provide housing primarily for persons 55 years of age or older in accordance with the federal Housing for Older Persons Act of 1995.
55+ RV ParkOur Pet Policy
No pet shall be allowed in the RV Park unless written approval is first obtained from the RV Park Manager and all pets allowed in the RV Park will require written proof of current, legally required vaccinations. Please read our full pet policy when making your reservation.
Maintaining your RV Site
Our 55+ extended stay RV Park users must keep their RV Site neat and clean and leave it in the same condition in which it was delivered. No alterations to any RV Site may be made without the prior written consent of the RV Park Manager.
Perfect for extended stay or long-term rentals. We offer rent for 3-nights, weekly or by the month
Back-in and Pull-through Sites Available. Rates will vary based on location.
